Comes with what you see - weapon w/night sights, one 17-round magazine, three 12-round magazines, Uncle Mike's shoulder holster, left-hand IWB/OWB kydex holster, two backstrap replacements and the blue plastic S&W case. Took this in trade a while back and have a need to "thin the herd." It came painted, it was my carry until I bought a Shield.
