I really enjoy the land, and have used it as my skeet shooting, rifle, and handgun range and for jeeping around. The house is on the north side of the road, and the land is all on the south side of the road. The interior of the house was completely gutted and renovated in 2012-2013. The land is probably 2/3 wooded with some clearings. The land is almost completely flat over the whole tract (except for the creek, which you might imagine is low-lying). There is an older barn that has a meter base, but power is not connected at this time, but power pole and line are there. All you need is a new panel installed and GA Power to turn it on. There is also an old abandoned trailer on a permitted septic system. Between the septic and power, the infrastructure is there to build a separate house, put a trailer, or set up for an RV or camper. There is a nice creek that we have put a pedestrian bridge over. The bridge is built on an old camper frame, so it is for walking on only (not driving).
