Running but needs work. I did what I could but I'm not spending any more time or money on this.

Kick start only, turning signals and horn works but headlight and tail light need replacing, someone in the past probably started it without the battery connected. Idle RPM is way too high, probably adjustable through carb? The problems are relatively trivial, to the best of my knowledge, I promise it's mechanically sound.
What I did:
-Installed cheap Chinese ignition switch
-Replaced gas tank (It isn't pictured because I took it off to test petcock)
-Replaced front brake cable and throttle cable, MacGyvered throttle knarp (Least it fits in the carb ♂️)
-Drilled out headlight with the intention of replacing the previously burnt out sealed bulb with replaceable one
What the previous owners did:
-Bypassed oil injector to run premix. The problem is that this killed the most of the spring tension in the throttle. You would need to buy parts to return it to its original state
-Aftermarket muffler (probably needs cleaning)
-Took off battery bracket and moved battery beneath seat
-Cut off parts of the luggage rack..for some reason.
What I planned to do:
-Clean carb (possibly replace carb with aftermarket to address throttle problem)
-Adjust/clean brakes
-New light bulbs/sockets
-Replace battery
-Clean petcock
