Item Description: Ok Everyone, Here is the Ultimate Stealth Camper van for sale, that is ready for a new adventurer owner. I have done all the work on this van other than the Solar panels and the vent fan. 2003 Chevy Astro with 227,300 miles, Engine rebuild about 10,000 miles ago. It comes ready to go with everything you need except linens and a pillow, I figure you would want your own. The bed is amazing, 8" memory foam and very comfy. This build has all the bells and whistles including a generator and Moped for getting around when you are set up camping. I have even installed A/C for when you are hooked up to the shore power or running the generator. There is a coleman gas burner for cooking and a 12V truckers Oven and a 12V mug for coffee , Hot Water, or Soup. It has been set up for Stealth Camping from the outside looking in. And is completely blacked out from the inside with blackout curtains.
The solar set up is one 100W panel and one 45W , each charge their own deep cycle battery. And I have the NOCO Genius battery charger hooked up to them that will keep the batteries charged when hooked to shore power or running the generator, which is a Ryobi 2200, with 2.5gal gas can and can Fully charge the batteries in about 2 hours. Has heavy duty extension cord and 30 amp adapter for RV parks.
The passenger seat is on a swivel mount and there is a TV tray for eating or as a desk . There is storage under the bed, and a tether system to hold the mattress up and out of the way for more sitting space and head room. And with the Coleman power chill ice chest you can always keep your food and drink nice and cold. And speaking of Cold, for those Hot days, there is A/C that is vented out of the floor of the van for stealthiness , and a 12V heated blanket for those cold nights. The Fantastic roof vent fan has a remote and rain sensor, and works amazing, and can blow air out or suck air in. and the 12v Oscillating fan keeps you nice and comfy inside also.
When you aren't being stealthy there is a 6x9 outdoor RV camping matt to make it look pretty and cut down on dirt getting inside and you never have to sit on the ground.
The floor has 3 layers of insulation and then 10mm pergo hard wood flooring, The walls of the van have 2 layers of insulation on them and each void and rib filled with expanding foam. The wood walls are 1/2 thick Pine tongue and groove. All the rear windows have been painted black and triple insulated also. The rear door window has a panel to insert when not driving to black it out. And the blackout curtains wrap around the front have the cab to cover all the front windows and front windows also have nice dark tint.
And when you are set up , You will have a 150cc moped to use as your grocery getter and site seeing. There is a rack on the back of the van with pin lock and a chain lock to secure the moped. It comes with one XL helmet . Goes up to 55mph.
I have also done the rear suspension upgrade and added more leave springs to handle the load and it rides very smooth when loaded down.
