Item Description: I have up for grabs a rare FNP 45 TACTICAL that is not your typical black or FDE, but two-tone stainless/black! I hate to part with it but I don't need 2 FNP's, and I have a new toy in my crosshairs. It comes with factory tac bag and manual, mount plates for optics, extra back strap, and (3) 15rd mags. I also have plenty of extra NIB factory 15rd mags I'll let go of, (3) for $100.

Thanks for looking.

I've wondered the same thing. I do know the mags for the FNX are slightly wider, and they'll fit in the FNP, but they're tight. That's the only difference I know of. I read somewhere a few years ago that FNH designed the FNP for the socom program, but they didn't get the contract. I think they dropped the program or something. Apparently the socom program had their own specs on the ammo they use and the FNP was designed to meet the tighter tolerances for socom. That's really all I know about it.
