They are Custom Black Cherry Colt Logo G10 Grips made by VZ grips
These grips are hard to find, can't easily find them other than direct from colt custum shop where they want a million bucks and your first born for a set.
Open to old school medallion grips, millitary IFAK, multicam Molle utility/pouches or whatever else you want to trade
