Item Name: Item Gone: FS/FT Glock 19X unfired (other than at factory factory)
Location: Athens/ Jackson County
Zip Code: 30607
Item is for: Sale or Trade
Sale Price: $560
Trade Value or Items Looking For: Glock 19 Gen5 MOS, 19C Gen4
Caliber: 9mm
Willing to Ship: Yes
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: I bought this brand new and put it up in the safe thinking it would end up discontinued and somewhat collectible, but that didn't happen, and I'm tired of looking at the box in my safe. It has never been fired, and still has the copper lube inside the grooves on the slide where it rides the frame rails. The only thing it's been taken out of the box for is to model a snake skin grip tape overlay for website pictures. It includes two 17 round magazines with +2 extensions, one 17 round flush fitting magazine, night sights, the box and original documents and lock, plus the little cleaning rod. Everything that it left Glock HQ with is present and in perfect shape.
I'm asking $560 for the pistol, or I'd consider trading It for a Glock 19C Gen4, 19 MOS, or Glock 19 Gen5 with factory night sights. I'd also consider one without night sights plus $50. I am not interested in the early 19 Gen5 models that have the half-round cutout at the front of the grip. I had one of those and it constantly caused me to pinch my finger when inserting magazines on the range. There may be something else I'd consider, but I'm really just trying to free up a little cash and make room in the safe for something else I'm wanting to buy.
I'm in Athens / Jackson County and don't have time to drive very far lately. I will require a peek at a GA weapons carry license to confirm GA residency and eligibility to purchase a firearm. I don't require a bill of sale, but would be happy to provide one. If a potential buyer doesn't have a carry permit, I can facility the transfer on the books through my FFL. I can also meet at my FFL and have the transfer done on the books at no additional cost if the buyer prefers. I actually prefer that myself, but won't require it for GA carry permit holders. I cannot reply to messages through the site or by phone while I'm at work, so there may be a delay in response, but I will answer all messages as soon as possible. If you have a bunch of negative feedback, I'm not going to respond, regardless of the offer. I've had my time wasted far too often and in each case I should have known better by looking at feedback before trying to meet.
