Item Description: Homemade square drop camper built last December. Comes with mattress, TV with Roku, extension cord, leveling jacks, air conditioner, new tires, spare wheel and tire, rear rack with 2 storage boxes, and sumo Spring suspension supports. Has motorhome windows in it, will include spare windows and half half a gallon of gray paint. I have made 3 500-600 mile round-trips with no issues. Pulls great even running 75-80 on the interstate. comfortably will sleep 2 6 foot tall adults.
Overall box length is 8 feet, almost 5 feet wide, overall length with cargo hitch is about 14 feet. The lights and tail lights work as they should, air conditioner blows very cold, has several receptacles inside as well as one on the outside. Has inside and outside door latches. Also has a Tin roof, no leaks. I have slept in two rainstorms in it and everything stayed dry. Uses a 2 inch ball. Asking $1500. Will consider trades utility trailers at 10-12 ft long and 5-6 ft wide. horse or cow trailers. guns of equal value. Chainsaws. Farm equipment. May consider other items as well.
