It is a surplus rifle so condition is that of what you would expect. Fires great. I ran a box and a half through it and never had any problems. Includes 25 rounds. It was made by Westinghouse here in the USA in 1915. This rifle is believed to be a training rifle for the US Army. Probably why it is in this stock. Pictures:
