Item Description: This is an Embark jar lid style backpack. The main compartment is dedicated to AR pistol or SBR. The bottom is reinforced via polymer. There are retainment straps low in the pack as well as high. The bottom strap is a stretch strap, and the top is hook-and loop Velcro. There are 3 straps of varying lengths at the top to accommodate different configurations.
I have tested this pack with up to a 10.5" AR with brace collapsed to shortest setting, and that is pretty close to max barrel length that I would recommend.
The laptop compartment remains open, so you can still carry a laptop if you wish. There are also plenty of pockets and compartments for storage, such as for magazines, spare batteries, etc.
