Item Description:
I have a nice Remington 513T Match Master 22 LR for sale or trade. The stock is good and has just been given a good application of boiled linseed oil. All the metal is in good condition. It has a Lyman 17A Globe front sight, a Redfield 75 rear sight and the barrel is 27" long. I have shot it and it shoots very well. The barrel interior and the bolt are in very good shape with no problems. The rear sight will come w/ a standard rear sight disk type eye piece.
The finish is good. All the lettering is fine. The barrel s/n is 9140x and the build date code is AT. It has a correct metal butt plate but I don't remember the numbers stamped on the inside. The trigger is a good clean pull at about 2 1/2 lbs. I am asking $525.
I also have another 513T (military marked) that is nice and is listed on this site with an extra barrel.
I have magazines also.
If you have the right match type 22 meeting the below requirements, we can talk about any combination of the listed rifles/barrel. More pictures can be provided.
As far as trades that I will consider. My first choice is a Winchester 75 w/ correct parts, especially a Sporter Model. Other trades I am looking for is a match type 22 rifle that must meet the following criteria. Bolt action, 26" or less tapered barrel and iron sighted (diopter/micrometer type). Besides the Win. 75, I am really looking for one of the Savage Anschutz 22 bolt guns or something along those lines. If it is a single shot bolt gun, then even better. A Springfield M1922, Winchester Model 52 are also on my want list as long as the barrel is 26" or less. The only other trade(s) I can think I would want is a Springfield 1903 0r 03-A3.
These rifles shoot very well, but their barrel length and diameter disqualify them from the Hunter Class in Small Bore Silhouette matches. I can't bring myself to cut and taper the barrels.
I only take USPS Money Orders or cash. No shipping, but I will drive to meet if it is reasonable.
