If you're looking for a gun that's incredibly fun to shoot, or if you've got a backyard that's good for plinking, read on. Seriously, you can't shoot this gun without a smile on your face.
If you're not familiar with the gun, it's an AR-15 pistol made by Walther under license from H&K as a .22 variant of the H&K HK416. Comes with factory adjustable iron sights as well as an aftermarket laser that I've never bothered to zero in, as the iron sights work just fine.
A few small scratches here and there on the lower receiver, but nothing obvious and unattractive. No issues function-wise.
Gun comes in the factory hard case, with what I believe to be factory accessories - a bipod, a scope mount, and a sling mount - as well as the manual. A 20 round mag, and 2 30 round mags are included, all Walther branded.
For $400 even, I'd be willing to include 300 rounds brand-new factory .22LR.
It is a pistol, not a rifle, so it does not require a tax stamp as an SBR.
Don't need a copy, but will need to see a GA DL or carry permit to verify age/residency.
