Location: Conyers/ Porterdale/ Covington
Zip Code: 30014
Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 20
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: Hey Guys,
Relocating back to England in just under one week, so last chance to stock up on this powder at a fantastic price!
I have for sale 5x 1lb new containers of HODGDON Lil' Gun smokeless shotgun powder.
Excellent alternative to H110 and WW296 powders.
From Midway USA:
"Hodgdon LIL'GUN is an advanced technology propellant design just for the 410 Bore. The 410 shotshell has long been difficult to load due to shortcomings in powder fit, metering, and burning characteristics. Not any more! LIL'GUN was designed to fit, meter and perform flawlessly in the 410 Bore. No more spilled shot or bulged cases. In addition, LIL'GUN has many magnum pistol applications and is superb in the 22 Hornet."
Alternative application: Magnum Pistol rounds
"When charging .44 Rem. Mag. with bullets of 180- to 300 grains and the .45 Colt loaded stiff for a Ruger Blackhawk with bullets of 240- to 395-grs., it is a very clean burning powder for a slower-burning handgun powder, typically offers very consistent ignition (extreme spreads, standard deviations), and has been associated with the finest accuracy in a revolver I have ever attained, one group from a S&W 4" Model 29 Mountain Gun .44 Magnum with the Speer 210-gr. GDHP actually measuring .75" center-to-center from a bench at 25 yards. For high-pressure loads for the .45 Colt, as found in the Hodgdon Annual Manual and on their website, Lil'Gun has produced higher velocities than H110 and WW296 in my 4&5/8" bbl. Blackhawk with loads using the 240-gr. Sierra JHC all the way up to the hefty 395-gr. hard cast bullet from Cast Performance." - Midway USA User review
