I've looked all over as stated in my post. This is a last resort sort of thing. There are no barrel extensions for sale on Fuddbroker Gunbroker or anything similar. Guy at LGS told me my best chance would be to post here, so I did.

and no a 45 ACP barrel extension for a MAC-10 would not fit a Tec gun. A 9mm extension made for a MAC series gun will fit.
