Item Description: This is another of my "never got to" projects. These came from the CMP. Back in 2011, the CMP had incomplete Krags for sale. I bought a couple thinking I could cobble together one complete rifle. I still needed parts and I never finished the project. You get everything in the picture. Included are:

Two complete bolts
Two Barreled receivers (barrels are pretty ugly though)
Two stocks. Longer stock has nice 1902 cartouche. Cut down stock has a faint cartouche, but can't make it out
Two hand guards
Two complete trigger assemblies (in the receivers now)
Two complete loading gates or whatever they are called (can't see in the pic because they are on the other side of the receiver)
All the extra parts shown

Terms are cash picked up in Roswell. We are moving and are in the midst of packing. So, I don't have a lot of time to drive long distance for a meet. A blanket "I'll take it" either in the thread or in PM without negotiation on price or location wins. If we are negotiating either price or distance, an "I'll Take It" without qualifications wins.

I found a front barrel band and swivel marked "U" that I will include. A couple of people had asked what was needed to complete a rifle. It's been a while since I worked on it, but I know it needed a front barrel band (now found), rear sights and rear hand guard. The side plate also has a blank adaptor that will need removed. I don't know if the side plate can be used for live rounds. These came from a movie studio and were used in films from the 1940s-1950s. Some at the CMP were marked "MGM" on the receiver (not these though).

Anyone up for a project?
