Item Description: Up for sale from deep in the back of the safe is my LAR Grizzly Mark 1 45 win mag with 6" barrel with 1 magazine. It features a grip safety as well as the manual ambidextrous safety. It's basically a 1911 on steroids which also means some of it's parts are interchangeable with a 1911.
It's all original parts including the LAR factory sights. I bought this gun new in 1988 and it's had less than 100 rounds run thru it. LAR stopped production of these pistols in 1999.
It comes with the original box and owners manual, padded carrying case, and removable LAR compensator. Also included in the sale are approx 550 rounds of 230 gr round nose ammo and approx 100 rounds of 185 Gr HP ammo. This thing really packs a punch and would make somebody a great bear hunters back up sidearm or just a cool conversation piece.
