Those ak 74 mags are for 5.45x39, not for .223/5.56 unless you have changed the followers?
Yup.
Even if followers are swapped, the 556 needs a straighter mag to stack properly so it can feed 100%.
They usually work good enough for range mags with a follower swap and give you some malfunction drill time too

Yep totally. That’s why when it comes to ak’s 7.62x39 or 5.45x39 only. I like the classics
