16” Noveske Upper. 16” Noveske Stainless Steel Barrel. It has an intermediate gas system (Between Mid and rifle length). It was originally an 18” that was cut down. Threads are concentric. It has a JP Adjustable Gas Block. The Noveske NSR-15 Rail was cut to access the gas block. The upper Receiver a rare Umbrella Corporation receiver. Key mod rail. $550
