Up for sale is a Palmetto State Armory complete lower. The parts kit is a PSA lower parts kit, MOE grip, MOE trigger guard, and the stock is a Magpul MOE rifle stock. I can also swap out the stock for an adjustable Magpul MOE carbine stock if preferred. Willing to meet in the metro Atlanta area, preferably Jonesboro/Fayetteville/Stockbridge/McDonough.
