Item Description: I bought this used, so it shows some use marks here & there. But no rust, cracks, or chips. This model was made between 1967 and 1999. The date code stamped on the barrel is "BO." That is for January, but could be either 1977 or 1994. It came with a recoil pad installed. I removed that, ordered and installed a Remington butt pad. But it will come with that recoil pad in case you want to make the length of pull longer than the factory original. It also came with a unique and hard to find, Redfield dovetail mounted, adjustable rear peep sight. Haven't seen too many of those on old 22 rifles. It also has the original iron rear sight installed. You can remove the peep sight by turning one finger screw, and just use the regular iron sights. Other than the butt pad change, you will be receiving this gun in the exact same condition I received it in when I purchased it. No box, papers, or scope. It functions as expected. Stamped on the barrel that it shoots short, long, and long rifle. Have shot only CCI Segmented Hollow Point Subsonic long rifle ammo in it.
