Item Description: is is an older Remington 700 BDL in .30-06. It has been fired little and the bluing looks really even and doesn't have any noticable blemishes in the metal. The sights are all metal too (compared to the plastic stuff seen nowadays on Remington 700s).
The stock is of the older style checkering. It is actually pressed into the wood. The stock's finish is original and has a few minor scratches. Don't mind my "silent" paracord sling swivels shown in the photos (but they work well). The white lines on the stock have faded some. The man I bought it from said it was made in the early 80s.
I've shot 30 rounds of Federal ammo through it and it has a trigger better than the Remingtons that come from the factory nowadays. It has not been modified, it is just crisp.
As evident in the photos, it has never been scoped. I'll throw in 10 rounds of Federal 150 grain soft points as well.
