Item Description: Smith & Wesson M&P-15 5.56mm Semi-Auto Rifle with Removable Carry Handle and Rear Sight (LE) 311000

This is the LE version (model 311000) of the popular S&W M&P15 semi-auto rifle. This is not the commercial "Sport II" rifle. This is a Military/LEO duty rile (translation - it stricter specs and QA before it left the factory). You're welcome to and I'd actually encourage you to call S&W customer support with the serial # (SV38008) to confirm any details. The S&W product description listed below.

This particular one has an upgraded Troy quad rail installed, along with Magpul XTM Enhanced Rail Panels (8) and a vertical grip with push-button spring released bi-pod (all detachable but comes with the rifle if you want them).

Condition is pre-owned but in excellent condition. This is a very clean rifle. I can't give an exact round count, but when I bought it from a pawn shop a few years ago it showed very few signs of having ever been fired. I personally shot a box of exactly 150 rounds of American Eagle brass through it with no issues, cleaned it thoroughly, and put it back in the safe where it's been for the last few years.

Selling it now just to free up some more space in the safe. Please no low ball offers; this isn't a fire sale. I don't have to sell it.

Will sell directly to you if you have a valid GA Weapons carry license; otherwise transfer will be via my local FFL here in Alpharetta where I'll cover my own share and you the buyer pay your $25 to the FFL (depending on location this can also happen at another FFL provided their transfer fees are reasonable). If you have your carry license, we avoid all that.
