Korea-era Springfield M1 Garand. This is a "service grade special" rifle. It has a new CMP stock and all parts look practically new. Most parts seem to date between '53-54. My theory is that you could make this Garand very close to "correct" with a stock bearing the Department of Defense cartouche. Might make the gun more valuable! Very excellent shooter. I hate to sell it but I need the cash to help pay for a new car. I apologize for the not-so-great photos-- please feel free to request better or more specific pics. Asking $900 for the rifle, MRT sling, and 24 rounds of Greek surplus ammo in clips. Thanks for looking!
