Item Description: Picked this up years ago and it's been sitting in the safe ever since. I actually have another of these, but with all the extra stuff this one is the best example.
This is one of the early models, since they moved from the checkered grips to the smooth ones pretty early on from what I can see.
This gun comes with the factory box and docs. The only thing missing is the 2nd magazine. The baseplate and spring are there, but the tube and follower are lost to the ages. Bluing is in good shape with no obvious dings or scratches. The bore is bright and shiny and the action works smoothly.
On the plus side it also comes with the over-box that would have held the gun along with a holster and some miscellaneous goodies like targets and such. Like the second magazine, those are long gone as well, leaving just the box itself.
On the negative side they did have a reputation for being picky about ammo, and I have found them to be more reliable with high-velocity 22. In a heavy gun like this you really won't notice the difference.
