Item Description: It was developed in the early 1930s byFedor Tokarev as a service pistolfor the Soviet military to replace the Nagant M1895 revolver that had been in use since Tsarist times, though it ended up being used in conjunction with rather than replacing the M1895. It served until 1952, when it was replaced by the Makarov
The Polish model is one of the highest quality versions of the Russian tooling. I have a 1950 version made at the famous Random Arms Factory 11. It comes with 65 rounds of ammo and 10 original stripper clips. Included are 2 laniard magazines and an original leather holster.
