I'm not sure where everyone lives or what everyone's work schedule is like, but I'm willing to stage an "intervention" with Gus' friends to have a rifle range day.

We will all berate Gus and tell him what he's been missing, then let him shoot a TON of rifles. Then he'll be hooked.
