Regardless of where your Uncle is, you are responsible for the transaction. This line "colt,sig,AR-15,Taurus,savage 10fp,beretta,GSG 522SD,Ruger,226.229.220.1911, ..... " and the title offering to trade for handguns is an issue due to Federal and State laws. You're welcome to relist without that info.
