Item Description: This is a tribute to Colonel Cooper's idea of a scout rifle. This is built off an M38 mauser in 8MM. Great hunting rifle, brush gun, truck gun, etc. Shoots cheap surplus anmo, readily available brass, great high powered hunting loads and can load from stripper clips even with the scope or can be loaded one at a time.
Has long eye relief variable powered 2-7 scope by NCSTAR included. Allows you to quickly acquire the target and shoot with both eyes open with ease. Classic leather sling. Very clean bore with no visible pitting. Excellent wood grain and no cracks in the stock. This is a great conversation starter at the range.
Would love a good lever gun as I currently don't own one. Maybe an SKS or a K98. Hell, surprise me. Can trade up or down with cash or other items. Will entertain interesting offers of cash or trades. What do you have?
