Item Description: This beautiful intact male pit/ pit mix puppy is about 6 months old and 42lbs. I rescued him on Thurs 12/22/22 from an owner who refused to let him in the house or provide him blankets or anything else to help him survive during the very cold Christmas weekend. I offered to take him and the owner wanted me to pay for the dog so I did just to save him from the possibility of dying in the cold. I picked him up and immediately took him to the vet and got his rabies, kennal cough, and DHLP vaccines. I made him a bed with a heat lamp in the barn and have been bringing him in the house at night. He is very friendly, affectionate, and is getting along great with everyone. He is walking on leash fairly well and is starting to learn basic commands. I think he will be great dog. The issue Im having is he hasnt been socialized with other dogs and he is not getting along with my other 2 older dogs. I am looking for a great loving home for him to go to. Dont be offended if Im a little picky about where he goes. He will come with a leash, collar, easy walk harness, a couple of toys, vet records, and whatever puppy food I have left when you pick him up. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Free to a good home

Thanks for stepping up to save him.
I have never successfully rehomed a dog or cat,
They all became family members (current count 3)
I would be willing to chip in a few $ to help the new owners out with any fees you need to recover.
