Selling this very very nice

Smith and Wesson 640 Centenial

CEN prefix one of the first 640 revolvers produced. Very low serial number.

CEN prefix are considered highly collectible.

1989 year produced

This was a limited run

38 special and rated for + P + ammo

Wonderful condition for its age

Stainless steel

No box or docs

Gun only

Price is absolutely rock solid firm

I don’t understand it either, I just left the Gwinnett Gun Show, where one of the bigger tables has a very poor quality condition one for sale that isn’t even a CEN prefix for $595.

Go figure

It seems as if these days everyone wants it all for free.

If I had the cash I'd be making that LONG drive to you. I dig everything about except the rubber grips.
These are like sawed off sid by sides. I wanted one of each since the first season of Miami Vice.

I’m not a fan of these grips either, although it’s very comfortable in the hand, and surprisingly these grips sell for a small fortune on EBay considering they are rubber.

Admittedly I usually don't like what works good but what looks good. I love the factory wood grips on Smiths and pretty much any other brand snub.
