Anderson Lower, pretty certain it's a PSA upper as the BCG is PSA. Rifle length gas system and magpul hand guard. Unsure of EXACT round count but it's probably less than 200 rounds. This has just sat in the safe for a rainy day to hand off to a friend were the need to arise.
