Item Description: I made this smoker a couple years ago and have cooked many a great meal on it. Selling because I'm moving into an apartment and they frown upon such things, unfortunately. This is an "ugly drum smoker" or UDS, if you care to google search. Has a Tel-Tru thermometer on it, along with a ball valve on one of the air intakes for easy cooking temperature adjustments (I usually plug the other two holes completely unless you want a hot cook).
