It's a wonderful rifle, but I just have too many so something needs to go. The stock is the Magpul Hunter in excellent condition. I looked the stock over under a bright light and didn't see a single scratch. The Timney trigger feels terrific and 10 tests with a trigger scale averaged 2.56lbs. Previous owner had an external mag kit installed so it uses standard AICS mags. 2 PMAG magazines included in the sale.
Previous owner installed an oversize bolt knob, and I installed a sling swivel on the forestock. Both visible in pics.
I log every shot I take at a range and this rifle so reliably shot 1MOA or better with inexpensive Winchester 150gr lead ammo last year and inexpensive Winchester 150gr copper ammo this year, that I can only barely make myself put the rifle up for sale. All my other rifles prefer more expensive ammo.
Prior to installing Magpul stock, the previous owner sprayed some camo paint on the 24" barrel. The fact that there was once paint on the barrel is subtle, but if you look close you can see the sheen of the barrel is not perfectly homogenous.
I split my time between Savannah and Milledgeville. I will drive up to an hour in order to help reduce buyer's drive time. Not interested in trades.
If you're not allowed to buy a firearm in GA, don't respond.
