A Finnish M-39, eh. What year, who made it, Sako or Valmet? Any stock cartouches?

Barrel dated 1942. I'm not knowledgeable as to the markings. It has a has a square box with SA and blow that a diamond with VKT. Hope this answers your question. There are not any cartouches.
