It's made by Defense Procurement Manufacturing Service. (DPMS)
They also manufacture Bushmaster, (parts are interchangeable), and are a part of Remington Arms.

They supply various parts to other manufacturers such as Colt.

I'm new here, so I'm not sure which one you're asking about. I have a new in the box DPMS, and a customized DPMS with scope, sight, flip up iron backup sights, and a light and front quad rail with grip, as well as a Bushmaster for sale.
