Item Description: Great old Colt New Service revolver, one of 55,000 sent to the Brits during WW1 in .455 Eley, then rechambered back home in .45 long colt.
(A lot of these .455s were rechambered in .45acp, which are not safe to fire without reduced handloads.)
Wears an old, very even re-blue. All marks, including British proofs, still crisp.
Internals gone thru by master revolver gunsmith Frank Glenn.
Bore is sharp. Shoots great.
