Item has been relisted, you can find the new listing at: http://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/threads/fs-ft-frankenruger-the-red-jacket-zk-22.887023/
Item Name: FS/FT FrankenRuger- The Red Jacket ZK-22

Location: Johns Creek

Zip Code: 30022

Item is for: Sale or Trade
Sale Price: $575 OBO
Trade Value or Items Looking For: Savage FV-SR Mark II; AR Lowers, 300 Blackout Rifles or uppers, 9mm Handguns with a threaded barrel

Caliber: .22lr

Willing to Ship: No

Bill of Sale Required?: No

Item Description: For sale is my Ruger 10/22 housed in a Red Jacket Firearms ZK-22 Bullpup Stock. This kit was pimped hard by Joe from Sons of Guns, but with the show off the air and Red Jacket no more, the production of these has all but ceased while Joe's new company gets off the ground. I waited over 7 months for mine a few years ago after they released them.

Pretty fun little gun/concept. Since it uses a bar to push the trigger (like a lot of bullpup conversions), you should expect trigger pull to be around 123* lbs.

Gun includes the Bushnell red dot, a BNIB BX-25 magazine (not shown) and a clip-on flash hider. Please note, the front site was removed as required for installation and was lost. I may or may not have the original wood stock for the 10/22 as well. I will check.

Trade for Savage FV-SR Mark II plus $
300 Blackout Rifle/Upper
AR Lowers

Price List:
10/22: $200
ZK-22: $299
TRS-25 Red Dot: $80
Flash Hider: $20
BX-25: $25

* +/- 113 lbs

As of four weeks ago it sounds like Joe has no intentions to stop using the name Red Jacket.

Meaux and the existing team are not in any way involved in the criminal charges against their former counterpart. But despite the piling troubles, Meaux is determined to keep the Red Jacket name and continue building the business as a leader in the firearms industry.

“So far it is not negatively affecting me to keep the name, so it makes no sense to change it,” Meaux added. “We’re up and running, using our knowledge to create even better products.”

It seems as though business is as usual there........with one exception and that being the piece of trash child molester being gone. Thought this was funny too!

Good info; I was clicking around RJF's website last week, looking at that aluminum .22 cal silencer they designed. But before I'd ever place an order I'd definitely make a phone call. Sweet little zombie killer here; wish I had the $.
