Sig P320 sub-compact conversion kit with a custom cut compact grip, subcompact grip, a mag for each, Dawson Precision fiber optic sights, and 2 sets of night sights.

Asking $575 for full package (cost me roughly $800 to buy it all new).
Will sell sights, extra grip/mag separately if needed.
