Glock G45 with what you see in the picture: AmeriGlo night sights, Streamlight TLR-1, Agency 417 comp and a Glock Performance Trigger installed. It has the factory extended controls (Slide Release and Magazine Catch) installed. Threaded barrel installed with comp, but it does have the factory barrel as well.
