I have a brand new - never used enclosure for a golf cart ( I bought for my parents last Christmas and it was never used) Its a:

Greenline by Eevelle. "Golf Cart Cover by Greenline Eevelle | Durable 2 Passenger Golf Cart Enclosure | Perfect Fit for Club Car, Yamaha, EZGO, and All Models."​

It's a 2 passenger cover (it fits over 4 passenger carts, but no zipper doors for rear passengers. If you have the 4 passenger Yamaha with the long roof it will not fit)
