Item Description: I am selling my complete Beef Jerky setup. This is commercial grade equipment. The cutter is American Eagle Food Machinery AE-JS22 1.5 hp Electric Jerky Slicer Kit Stainless Steel. You can also buy other attachments to fit the hub. The dehydrator a CHARD CD-80C, Pro Power Dehydrator, Black, 80 liter, 12 rack, 1700 watts. It will dehydrate 15# of meat at one time which will yield 5# of jerky. I am also including my commercial grade food prep table. I will also share my recipes if you would like.
