Item Description: Very nice, like new older Marlin, it does have cross safety, JM stamped, with sling, zeroed and ammo included. It has sling and a Nice Nikon Pro Staff 3-9x40 on it with covers.

I am 30 miles from gainsville. The gun I have is like new. 706 202 7080. I have a viewing for son in laws death tomorrow at one, would be available tomorrow before four 11 and then have funeral sunday at two, so would be available before noon if you want to meet up.
