Bought it new and shot about 100-120 rounds. It has a white front dot but nothing on the rear sight.
It comes with everything that came with it, with extras:

• 1 extra 10 round mag
• Mag speed loader
• Spare rubber grips
• 6 dummy bullets for dry-fire practice (not pictured)
• OWB holster with mag pouch
