Selling part of my 30 year collection of firearms.
Extremely rare open-bolt semi Baby Mac carbine made by RPB in Atlanta in 1979-1982 only 290 ever made. This one is a very low serial number (#90).
This is one of only a handful of open-bolt semiauto firearms that were not banned from private ownership by 1982 (KG9, Eagle, Demro, Voere and the Volunteer) because ATF claimed open-bolts were too easily converted into machineguns.
In 1970, this MAC was designed by Ingram as a machinegun in Powder Springs but wasn’t until RPB bought the rights to make Military Armament Corp MAC’s in 1979 that RPB Ind made 290 of these semiauto open-bolt carbines before the ATF banned their production, allowing those already sold to be grandfathered.
Comes with 1 original 30 round steel magazine.
stamped S A C for Semi Auto Carbine
................This is why it's called the Baby Mac, it's small !!
Must be 18 years old, currently reside in Georgia and be legally allowed to possess firearms.
