Ruger LCP 380 comes with a original box, soft case, 2 mags(one with pinky extension), rubber grip cushion(helps with bigger hands) and an Uncle Mike's pocket holster. I bought it new, gonna guess 20 or 30 rounds through it tops. It's a solid performer, never had an issue with the few rounds I put through it. Makes great little back up gun, fits in a rear pocket and looks like a wallet.
