Before Staccato, STI made high end competition 1911s. This is one of those guns. The Ranger II 1911 is a full sized frame, 4.15 inch bull barrel 1911. It uses their recoil master guide rod and spring setup. This one has a cerakoted frame for two tone look, integrated mag well main spring housing, and replacement G10 grips. It's been well used but still has a lot of life left. The slide stop was recently replaced with an oversized Bul slide stop and the gun has been gone over by the gunsmith at David's Gun Room for full function check. I'm looking to trade it for a comparable 9mm 1911, ideally commander length. Bonus points for optic cut or threaded barrel. Will look at other threaded 9mm handguns.
