Item Description: Up for sale is an excellent condition Taurus 689 with a 6" vent rib barrel and Hogue Monogrip grips. Her blued finish is still beautiful and it appears she has been shot very little over the years as indicated by the slight turn ring on her cylinder. I've put maybe 20rds through her in 10yrs, enough to verify that she's a tack driver. One curious bit is that a serial number search on Taurus' website and a call to their customer service line both show that according to their records, she is a 669 manufactured in April 1989 but she is stamped 689 on the inside of her frame. I have not done any further research but I thought it was worth mentioning. I have way too many .357s so the first $400 gets her.
