Purchased it and upgraded it for my wife to ease her into the rifle shooting. She only touched the gun twice, and I shot it a few times at best. I did a few "necessary" upgrades though that make this gun flawless.
1. GP Stribog Short Stroke Buffer: HBI buffer reduces reward bolt travel and prevents spent cases from becoming lodged in the receiver. I can attest that it has also significantly reduced recoil. The recoil is very light and smooth now.
2. GP Stribog SP9 Extended Bolt Stop: The release tabs are 3.5mm wider (per side), and extended both tabs back toward the trigger guard by 4.5mm. The flat surfaces for finger/thumb contact have been serrated for traction; all other surfaces and edges have been “dehorned” and smoothed.
3. GP Stribog Reduced Weight Trigger Spring Kit: Stribog A1/A2/A3 spring kit provides a crisp clean 4.5 lb trigger pull
4. Guard rail extended by 3", giving you more space to mount accessories and more space for your hand to work around the barrel.
5. Hand grip.
6. Additional magazines - total of 7 magazines.
