Used it with my Saiga 12 but haven't touched it in years so it's going to a better home. Works well in real S-12s and I would expect it to work in any of the clones, but no guarantees there.
Just the mag, no box or docs, although there's a fitment video out there if you need to adjust it to work with your gun. I didn't so it's still as it was from the factory.
Unfortunately MD Arms doesn't exist anymore. They made some of the best S-12 drums out there but I think they were tied too closely to Saiga. Numrich has them in stock as NOS, but otherwise I think used ones are the only way to get them these days.

Due to work I need to meet close to me. On the flip side my schedule is pretty flexible. I usually use the Adventure Outdoors lot since everyone knows where that is and no one will be surprised to see folks handling guns and parts there.
