Item Description: I have new in box complete Palmetto State Armory M4 Freedom uppers. M4 proflle with 16" 1:7 twist melonited carbine barrels. These are Milspec upper receivers with forward assist and dust covers, complete with BCG and charging handle asking $269 plus tax.
Mate this to one of my complete PSA lowers for $159 and be out the door for $428 plus tax. Must be 21 to buy the lower and 4473 required with background check or GA WCL required.

Yes sir. It is treated by ATF the same as buying a handgun. It is ridiculous in my opinion. I can sell an 18yo a complete AR but not a complete lower or stripped lower. Also cannot sell a lower to someone from another state in a FTF transaction. Have to ship to a dealer in their state, again just like a handgun.
